Cabbage Soup

Cabbage soup is good for the mind and soul and this recipe is Vegan and Gluten Free. This is one of the most flavorful and adaptable soups we have made. It's extremely flavorful, healthy, and is easily prepared.

Cabbage Soup

 1 Head Cabbage - cleaned and chopped 1" pieces
 1 Red Bell Pepper - cleaned and chopped
 1 Jalapeño - cleaned and diced
 2 cups Yellow Onion
 2 cups Celery
 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
 14.50 oz Fire Roasted Tomatoes
 4 cups Vegetable Bouillion
 ½ tsp Salt
 ½ tsp Ground Pepper
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder
 ½ tsp Onion Powder
 ½ tsp Lawery's Seasoning Salt
 ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Heat a large CrockPot on high and add vegetable bouillon. Add remaining ingredients and cook on High for 2.5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
