Vegenaise Mayo Chicken

Our baked Vegenaise® Parmesan crusted chicken is gluten free and dairy free! Plant-Based Parmesan cheese, gluten free Italian breadcrumbs, and dairy free Vegenaise® make the perfect crust for this exceptionally juicy chicken dinner!

 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
 ½ cup Vegenaise®
 ¼ cup Parmesan Plant-Based Cheese
 5 tbsp Gluten Free Italian Bread crumbs
 Salt and peper to taste
 ½ tsp Onion powder
 ½ tsp Garlic Powder

PREHEAT oven to 425°. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Season chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder on both sides of the chicken.

Combine Vegenaise® with Parmesan cheese in medium bowl. Evenly top chicken with Vegenaise® mixture, then sprinkle with gluten free Italian bread crumbs.

Bake uncovered until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 20-25 minutes.
