Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

 2 lbs Brussels sprouts - cleaned, trimmed bottom and cut in half through core
 3 tbsp Grapeseed Oil
 1 Shallot - chopped fine
 5 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
 Course Salt
 Pepper
 Garlic Powder
 Onion Powder

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl gently shake the Brussels sprouts, chopped shallot, grapeseed oil. Shake gently to evenly coat.

Place in a single layer on a foil lined sheet pan, season with dry seasonings to taste. Cook at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir 1/2 way through cooking time.

Remove from the oven, place in a glass dish with a lid. Add the Balsamic glaze - gently toss to coat. Add more Balsamic glaze to taste and gently toss to coat evenly.
