Vegan Chili

This Vegan Chili is so good you don't miss the meat! This is a very flavorful and delicious chili recipe. It's super simple to make.

Vegan Chili

 16 oz can Pinto Beans in Mild Chili Sauce
 15 oz can Great Northern Beans
 15 oz can Kidney Beans
 15 oz can Black Beans
 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
 14 oz Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
 2 Jalapenos - Diced
 1 Yellow Onion - Chopped
 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper - Chopped
 2 tsp Salt
 1 tsp Ground Pepper
 1 tbsp Chili Powder
 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
 1 tbsp Onion Powder

Rinse the Northern White Beans, Kidney Beans and Black Beans well in a strainer - drain water off.

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Stir gently. Cook on low for 4+ hours – you want it to simmer, never boil. Stir gently throughout cooking process. After thoroughly heated, taste and add more seasoning if desired.

💡PRO TIP: If you have meat eaters - serve Kosher all beef hotdogs on the side.
*Optional add-ins: 4 oz. Sliced black olives with/without jalapeños and/or 2 cups fresh mushrooms sliced.
